What does Melanora mean?

Melanora is a combination of two words.

Melanin & and Umbra (Latin for shade)

Melan + ra = Melanra

We added the o to make it complete.

What countries do you guys ship to?

As of right now, We only ship to the USA. We eventually plan to expand to shipping worldwide.

Where is my tracking information?

Once your order has been processed and packaged, you will be sent your tracking number so you can track your order.

I only received one item. Where is the rest of my order?

Orders that include multiple products ship usually separately to ensure the fastest shipping we can provide.

Don’t worry if you only receive a part of your order. As your items get shipped, you’ll receive the appropriate tracking information.

How do I cancel an order?

Give us the name and number of the order.
